The Town of Bainville is accepting sealed bids for the sale of the following surplus property:
- John Deere Tractor-1982 John Deere Tractor, used condition, sold as is, where is. Minimum acceptable bid for Item #1: $5,000.00.
- John Deere Tractor Mower attachment-John Deere 8’ flail mower attachment, used condition, sold as is, where is. Minimum acceptable bid for item #2: $500.00.
The John Deere Tractor and mower attachment may be inspected by appointment at the Town of Bainville Office located at 211 Clark Ave. East, Bainville, Montana.
- Irrigation Pivot-2008-3 Span Valley Standard Pivot 7000, 3,595 hours, 576.8 ft machine length, used condition, sold as is, where is. More detailed specifications on the irrigation pivot are available if requested. Minimum acceptable bid for Item #3: $30,000.00.
- Irrigation Pump-Minimum acceptable bid for Item #4: $2,000.00
The Irrigation pivot & pump may be inspected by appointment only. Call Toby Romo @ 701-713-0688 to make an appointment.
- Sealed bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked:
“SEALED BID – SURPLUS PROPERTY”
- Bids must be received no later than 6:30 p.m. on June 8, 2026, at Bainville Town Office, 211 Clark Ave. East, Bainville, MT 59212.
- Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud during the regular Town Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. June 8, 2026.
The Town of Bainville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including bids below the minimum acceptable amount established by the Bainville Town Council. Items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties expressed or implied.
